AMDISS in collaboration with COMNeTSS organized a high-level media forum with duty bearers to discuss advancing the growth and pluralism of the community media in South Sudan.

The forum brought together media managers, government representatives, parliamentarians, academia, Media Authority, National Communication Authority, and partners from NPA, UNDP, and UNESCO to brainstorm on how best the community radio stations could be supported to continue operating effectively and provide information services to the audience in South Sudan.

The high-level forum kicked off on March-2 and was opened by the Deputy Minister of Information, Communication Technology, and Postal Service Hon. Jacob Maiju Korok.

Thank you to UNESCO for supporting the high-level media forum for this year 2023
